He's not Chinese! He's from Malaysia...

    :D

Right, I wasn't paying attention... let's fire him and all the foreigners working at Broadcom. Then, nationalize the shit out of it... Give Trump the helm... make enough chips to built that wall!

  2. lol. This. CEO is Malaysian and company now Singaporean (despite Broadcom itself being founded in the states), but he must have looked a little too Asian for our liking.

The way forward in not having deals blocked on NS grounds or hit red tape is to have preferably a blue eyed blonde person be the face of the company. The aryan type hitler fancied. Preferably headquartered in Europe/West too, or heck, maybe even those countries belonging to the former Soviet bloc will be perfectly OK too eh?

Can you imagine what a crazy world it will be if everyone acted "nationalistic" everywhere in the world? No foreign products or foreigners allowed whatsoever because it means you're not supporting your own country or putting your country at risk? Can you imagine if Japan banned McDonalds and sale of Coke because they were founded in the states? Or Europe ban the sale and purchase of Windows/Mac because Microsoft and Apple were founded in the states? Cancel all Boeing aircraft and service contracts here on out and buy Airbus instead?

I think it's funny. I think it will be funny if protectionism and nationalism goes full batshyt. Love to see what happens. We've never swung the pendulum towards protectionism that far for a long time. Everything will be expensive. Everyone is an enemy, even fellow countrymen who look a little 'ethnic'. Interesting times ahead. Go full on protectionism and nationalism. Will be fun to watch. Often times lessons are learned, or re-learned through pain I guess. So do whatever. Will be fun spectating.
