    Every President who won a second term had a first term average approval rating above 49,Trump is at 39

    So let's see if you can do basic math.... how many U.S. Senate seats do the Republicans hold after the 2018 General election? How many U.S. Senate seats did the Republicans hold in October 2018? What is the difference between these two numbers?
