Accordingly to the below article, he confessed his "sins" to the father of the kid...the kid is now an adult. Therefore, seems like everything is now ok with the Texas authorities. It must have been one hell of a confession for law enforcement not willing to investigate to determine if this guy had sexually abused other children or still sexually abusing children.
