A congressional law is the law of the land and the Constitution is deeply expanded by laws passed in Congress. her "bullshit" law was passed by Congress not made up by her like an EA. So we all hate Poca but the law has been followed by every president dem and gop since 2010, including trump, as detailed, so it is not a bullshit law. Meh. There are all sorts of laws floating around proposed and actual that try to limit the presidents free and unimpeded access to the white house or running for the white house. That is all fine until they reach the supreme court. Exhibit A would be the perennial laws that attempt to say that a presidential candidate must release their taxes. Uh, no they don't. That is not a requirement in the Constitution. Anyway. As I said, if they want to work something legally with Trump on this issue, they should do that. Otherwise, it is all political posturing.
