Stil it would be nice if you would give us a reference. Not that we would ever accuse you of making something up. But I would be happy to accuse you of selective quoting out of context.

Let me answer that question with a statement: Half of Canada is not in Vermont right now. Until you ask a sensible question you really do not deserve a sensible answer.

  3. If we adopted a highly restricted, selective immigration policy as the Canadians have and had the number one or two economy in the world on our southern border we would be doing much better in a number of areas too.

But your ilk thinks that immigration control by the U.S is racist, but when Canada does it it is progressive.

I provide links regularly when the source is one publication, site, etc. You've tried to challenge me in the past on this until I pointed out the simple "internets" feature of when a word is highlighted, it is most likely a link and you should click on it.

However, when a statement like this is so widely available, it's on you.

Nevertheless, a link would be appreciated. I am beginning to think there isn't one, and I am still waiting. :D

For the most part, Canada has it's shit together and weathered the financial crisis in 2008 perhaps better then almost any country on the planet. The same can not be said about the US. Nevertheless, some might just note that until more Americans get more realistic about their country and their problems, nothing's going to get better for them personally. Bitching about Canada on a trading forum isn't going to get it done nor is it going to change several nice aspects of our system that Canadians currently enjoy.

Life in Toronto has improved considerably for most since 2008. Can the same be said for Americans ? If so, then stop your bitching it's tiresome and counterproductive.

  9. And when was the last time you failed to bitch about Americans on a trading forum?

Canada has the same size economy as California. We are a global player and major contributor to international aid organizations whereas the Canadian contribution- population adjusted- is an embarassment.

Your pretty boy prime minister pats himself on the back every day about Canada being a welcoming country for immigrants and that the door is always open unlike the barbarian Americans. But just exactly, when did Canada offer to take all/many the Honduran and Salvadoran refugees headed north? Oh I see. That's Mexico's and America's problem. You dont want that unskilled bunch near your to disturb you peace up there on Lily White Mount Olympus. And yes, I do understand that the Canadians take some immigrants- by appointment only.

Also, as discussed, you are a Canadian in training- not having roots.

I just GAVE you a link to it in the post here:

See the word "everywhere"??? See how it's highlighted in RED? That means there is a link to click, you pompous, technologically inept, gasbag!

I enlarged it to the highest font the forum has. I don't know how to make it any clearer.
