Anyone else? My last price on the Feb contract keeps coming through as 61.05. The BBO is okay, and the backfill is okay -- esignal support seems clueless. Thank you. Regards,
Finally got a helpful esignal support rep, but the problem is still there (they're looking into it). Both the full-size electronic crude contract (CL G7=1) and the full-size electronic nat gas contract (NG G7=1) keeping getting stuck at Friday's respective settlement prices. The backfill works fine, BBO are fine, but each new price tick is the previous settlement price. Has anyone had and solved this problem??? Thanks.
