I see your point but you basically have forsaken balance & health for your 7-figure silver lining. What's the point of money when you become a nervous wreck with shot health? Plus, it does not seem like it makes you happy at all judging from your political views. Warped values, a by-product of American culture & consumerism. Sometimes you need to recheck your ultimate goal. "Making millions of dollars" is not a real goal, you only force yourself to keep wanting more and more without any real satisfaction.
I've been getting more sleep lately, however after Christmas, I'm going to increase size (lets see what happens  )
You have no idea how complex that whole issue is. The world just wasn't built for people like me. Most individuals would enjoy relaxing on some sunny tropical beach, sipping margaritas, right? Not me. I was absolutely miserable when I was in early retirement. The list of activities I'm actually capable of getting pleasure from is tragically slim- and that's with all the powerful opiate substance constantly coursing through my veins. Without it, I'm even worse off. Achieving flow is probably the closest I can come to that feeling people call happiness. Trading and video games are the only two ways I know, to get a chance at reaching that state of flow. Again, it's very complex. You'd have to really know me to understand me. Not many people do.
RM, I am the same way. I own my own company and still trade. I love to work and sometimes put 18 - 20 hr days. When I do finally wear down I sleep just fine. Martial Arts kind of helps me also. If nothing else I can just get someone to know me out. Then I know I'll sleep for a while. If it works for you don't change a thing Gary
My preferences in video games are pretty narrow: Never 3D and never F.P.S. So, yeah- that leaves Civ3 and certain arcade games of the late 80's and early 90's.
After a long tiring day of watching my pnl go back and forth, I often crave for some FPS action on Day of Defeat. Unfortunately after 7 hours of work and 2 hours of play in front of the same terminal, my eyes burn out. So I'm trying to cultivate physical activities to burn off the accumulated tension.
