Only a couple of people mentioned exercise. That is huge. And reducing size of course. But mostly, I'd get out entirely each day.
i dont think it is such a bad thing tho hes thinkin' about mkt day and nite...it shows hes really passionate and luvs it. i sleep very well but still dream every nite about numbers and trades movin' in my favor.;p
I recall something similar happening to me many years ago. I remember reducing my position size and the trouble disappearing.

Let me brake it up for you guys. I am 17 tuning 18 on thursday.... I go to college (Freshman)...I commute to my college which takes 3 hours a day out of my life. I do not have time for anything. period. that why I do not go to sleep on weekdays until 1 am....by the way I have to be up at 615 AM everyday. Thats what are weekends for. Sleep and socializing. I sleep often until 1 pm on saturdays and sundays and go out usually until 4 am. 1pm-4am is plenty of time for socializing twice a week. My life is alright. So if any of you (COLLEGE STUDENTS) need some help with organizing your schedule for your life just pm me, I only charge in condoms.
