ZMA is good for sleep quality, but won't help you get to sleep. Valerian is amazing; alone or coupled with Melatonin. There is zero downgrade with Valerian, but Melatonin can lose efficacy over time. I would take 1-2 grams of Valerian Root extract with 1gram of ZMA about an hour before bed. Valerian can be bought at any health food store, very inexpensive.
WHEN i want to get to sleep, i lay down on the couch and turn on the HISTORY channel or the DISCOVERY channel. works everytime. then i get off the couch and run up to bed before i wake up again.
