My vote is to terminate with extreme prejudice. He's incorrigible and refuses to even pretend to maintain sometype of common decency. Choosing instead trapise though ET like the troll he is. If I didn't know any better I'd say he has no respect for the site, it's owner or the other participants. :eek:
