Your noise is probably nearly all from fans. You could replace the PSU, CPU cooler and GPU cooler (if any) for silent models and for not much money.
many of these machines are 'soft dollared' by ones broker, hence the high cost. i believe very very few traders actually foot the total bill. the broker pays for it( or most of it) , in exchange for one's volume. that is the marketing tactic presented to me last time i spoke with the Xview people. regards, surf
