I bought Tribune as part of a dip buying system without realizing it was a takeover play. It's down ~3% from my purchase price, not a big deal, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what is going on (legal information only please! ) and why it's trading so far below the takeover price? I don't see any news that says the takeover is likely to be blocked....anyone have a clue (I certainly don't!)
