NON of which proves the shooter initiated any physical confrontation. You show with incontrovertible EVIDENCE that the shooter initiated the conflict or you're wasting your time on me.
Let's fix this story to reflect reality. Lets say I'm driving my car and a large man thinks I cut him off, so he follows me (but since I'm innocent we will say it was a similar car that cut him off and he just followed the wrong car). I notice a car following me so I pull over, he gets out of the car and I get out of the car. He starts yelling at me and then he assaults me. I punch him in the face and then get on top of him and continue hitting him to stop their assault. He screams for help and for someone to call the police. Nobody helps him. He then pulls out a gun and shoots me. Was it self defense? If you said yes, you are on Zimmermans side. If you said no, you are on the side of justice.
Just as I thought, your head is too far up your ass for you to think rationally. I posted a link where the police cite an EYEWITNESS who say the kid ambushed Zimmerman and beat him down until Zimmerman pulled out his weapon and shot him. Your inability to process that information is a uniquely liberal attribute. Pull your head out.

Geez man. Can't you stick with the facts that are known? As I said, there is ONLY ONE PERSON who knows how the fight started - Zimmerman. Unless there is other evidence his story stands!!!!! There is NO OTHER EVIDENCE!!! Deal with the facts. Be a man and quit making stuff up.
Actually the witness only stated he saw Martin on top of Zimmerman. The witness never said 'the kid ambushed Zimmerman' or who initiated the physical confrontation. It is also clear now that the location of the shooting does not align with Zimmerman's statement that he was walking back to his vehicle.
I haven't followed all 34 pages of this, but I suspect it could blow up in Obama's face. In fact, it could blow up in a lot of peoples' faces. First, let's start with the assumption that the local police aren't total morons. Maybe they are, I really don't know, but usually police and prosecutors are very aggressive in going after people they view as vigilantes. Now Sharpton, Jackson and Obama just naturally assume that cops will side with a trigger-happy racist who goes around executing innocent honor students. Color me skeptical on that. Second, all the Neighborhood Watch stuff is irrelevant. Whether or not it was an official Watch and whether or not he followed their guidelines really has nothing to do with the case. As far as I know, there is no special immunity for Watch participants. Any resident has the right to patrol their neighborhood and look for suspicious activity. Anyone has the right to make a citizen's arrest. Normally we commend citizens who take it upon themselves to protect their neighbors and try to improve their neighborhood. For this guy, somehow it is evidence of criminal intent. Third, it is not assaulting someone to ask them who they are and what are they doing in your neighborhood. As I understand it, it was a gated community, meaning there is no public right of access. There is also no duty to respond to such a request, however. If someone attempts tpo make a citizen's arrest after an unsatisfactory explanantion, they are taking a big legal risk. Fourth, and very relevant to point one, there was apparently an eyewitness to the entire episode, and his account totally corroborates Zimmerman's claim of self defense. I fully expect this person to get the Joe the Plumber treatment from the liberal media. They will stop at nothing to discredit him or, if they can't, to ruin him and Zimmerman anyway.
