He was NOT just walking on the street. Had that been the case he may very well have not been shot in the first place. He ATTACKED the shooter, and paid the price PERIOD.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok, I see this before I go. I know the burglaries happened before. So you think Zimmerman know every person in the whole neighborhood? Then he see the boy and think he does not live there because Zimmerman know every person in the whole neighborhood what they look like and he not recognize that boy, so he is suspicious? You can listen to the 911 call. Yes Zimmerman feel the boy is suspicious because only he see him walking. He feel the boy is threat to something. Do you think the boy feel threatened when he only walking home from the store and he know some man is following him? I have to go now this time.
Again, you seem to be obsessed with largely irrelevant points. I certainly don't know/recognize everyone in my neighborhood. But had I been doing a neighborhood watch I may very well have followed this kid the same as the shooter did. I have no particular problem with that. Now, if we were to learn later that the shooter initiated any confrontation, then I'd be a lot less harsh on the dead kid. Until then, the facts as they are know now, the kid assaulted the shooter. And got shot in the process. I'm OK with that.
Lucrum,You're not really being FAIR here : Everybody knows certain privileged/protected classes of our legal system are ENTITLED to attack certain less protected classes. The only problem here is the person with the wrong political protection class won :In order for JUSTICE to prevail , we have to correct (punish) that person when things go awry from the intent of the law.
Why is it surprising anyone on here that the usual sociopaths are defending one of their own? What is it going to take for you to understand what kind of scum these people are? That boy wasn't supposed to be anywhere doing anything as far as these scumbags are concerned; that he died a violent death at the hands of one of their own is just the inevitability of the fact he was born. He had the nerve to defend himself against an armed stranger who was stalking him? Means he deserved it. After all, those Skittles he had on him were probably lethal. I mean, you just never know, right? And as far as it taking three days before he was id'd 'cause the cops couldn't be bothered to do even the most cursory investigation of who the victim of this murder was? Par for the course. We're taking south of the Mason-Dixon. Some things never change.
What a delusional crock of shit that completely ignores the facts. You have more emotions than a menstruating liberal bitch.
