They're self-fulfilling and either work or they don't. Because of this they ARE tradeable. With that said unless someone here can state some odd psychological thought process that develops a trendline, I don't buy it as truly tangible. Tradeable??? Of course and a decent tool. ....Just like the other garbage out there.
