Just to set the record straight I really don't know the issue here and retract any negative comments about the chef with multicharts in regards to the decimal point.
It's like talking to a spoiled ignorant child in responding to Surf's new soon-to-be-banned alias Outernationalgg. Since this thread started, I've lost count on how many new aliases have been banned. In my humble opinion he's a pathological narcissistic sociopath.
Bill, Please donât use the typical sophistic tricks. The cache problem is irrelevant since we are talking about the price scale and your unjust accusation. My comment was addressed to Outernationalgg. So I even didnât want to talk to you and I will not do it in the future after your inappropriate response. The insult you made concerning Russians just show who you are.
Dishonest trick? Nice choice of words coming from you. The decimal error is no big deal. It is a simple mistake that any normal person can make because rice is such a little referenced commodity. You were one of those wonderful individuals that lied and said the cache problem didn't exist. Dennis had to apologize for you and Marina's comments because you wouldn't bruise your ego to apologize. You were addressing a known banned antagonist (who was banned again) on this site as a way to make a snide comment toward me. Why, you still pissed I caught the cache problem? I hope you hold to your comment about not talking to me or about me in the future. I didn't direct the comment at ALL Russians . . . just YOU. If it was taken that way . . . I made a usage mistake and apologize. See how easy that was. The difference is . . . I mean it. That is called sincerity.

Surf, the trouble is that as a legend on this board you seemed to be above all criticism. Then suddenly you abandoned TA. Then you decided there is no such thing as a trend. The fundamental flaw in your logic is that you ignore sentiment. Sentiment is directional. Dbphoenix, Jack, Spyder and Prof has all shown objectively verifiable ways to do this. What you are suggesting is that you trade raw data. Even so, statistical variance in the movement of the data would suggest a sentiment, which in turn would suggest a trend, no matter how small the resolution of the data that you choose. There is simply no getting around the existence of trends.
It is the best . . . period! Even the best isn't perfect and when something comes up that needs to be attended to you don't stick you head in the sand and ignore it. You acknowledge it, validate it an fix it if it is truly an error that can be fixed. Common sense is a truly rare commodity. Too bad we can't trade it on an exchange.
Outernationalgg has been banned . . . go figure. Texasdj is surf's new hiding spot. IMHO Surf has always been and will always be a mindless mouthpiece for hedge funds.
