Trend followers: What you do with your spare time when there's no trend?

Most of the time markets range and not trend, so,

What you do in your spare time?

 

If you believe that then:

1. change timeframes
2. change markets

 

Look for a trend within the range?

 

Swing trade.

 

Probably: Designing a hedge fund program using a custom made system to manage OPM.

Otherwise too boring.

 

Run a baseball team?

 

....this really put a smile to my face.

 

You can:

a) change your time frame/frame of reference
b) trade multiple markets
c) listen to music
d) catch up on all the latest movies from netflix
e) remind yourself to never violate your rules, and that's why you're wating for your setup
f) continue to study and give screen-time to new strategiess

etc.

 

Good info. My post count increases dramatically here when the markets are out of sync with my method.

But yeah, Xbox 360 has been a Godsend for my trading.
