Treat CDS for what it is: FRAUD

  1. CDS are implicit insurance contracts. They're called "swaps" to avoid Federal regulation. Does any insurance company have sufficient reserves to cover all of their insured liabilities? Of course not. FWIW, I trade Euro-zone CDS on the buy-side. I am looking forward to centralized clearing on the CME+Citadel exchange.
