Personally, I feel that anybody privileged to use public sidewalks should be expected to give an answer for what they are doing if asked. It should be common courtesy to do that. Trayvon didn't do that did he? His black gangsta' pride caused him to attack another citizen and he got blown away. Pride can ruin ones' whole day sometimes.
How many of you righties agree with this ? If you're walking on a public sidewalk and a police officer, black man, middle eastern man or latino guy asks what you are doing should you be required to tell them ?
So you think if someone asks me what i am doing it gives me the right to just beat the shit out of them? Walk away or tell the guy to fuck off, there is a huge gap between that and mercilessly beating someone.
Why can't you state just the facts without your personal opinion commentary? I didn't state my opinion on the facts in any way except for my opinion that the character of Martin and Zimmerman would not be an issue and I could be wrong there because I realize that is just an opinion. And again in my opinion the attorneys will ask what events led up to the shooting, if they do and the judge allows that, then your opinion of that information being irrelevant will be wrong. And yes it was only my opinion about y'all's common sense judging ability.
Actually I thought I did. LEGALLY speaking none of your facts are relevant PERIOD That is not nor was it intended to be opinion.
It's not opinion at all, I thought I made that clear. Refute if you can, I'm all ears. Seriously, I have a keen interest in this area of the law. And I'd be all too happy to learn something new if I'm wrong.
You're the one stating "legal facts" please show the section of Florida law that states these events that led up to the killing are irrelevant. I'm all ears.
You can't show laws supporting the negative, dumbass. You go find the law(s) that proves Lucrum wrong if you believe they exist. That's where the term "breaking the law" comes from.
