Anyone notice the Transports down 4.36% today? How about the Home Builders SPDR down 3.71% today and down 36% over the last 3 1/2 months. Not seeing much conversation about the big moves.
Some smart dudes-Bill Miller@ Legg Mason had been buying heavy into the builders recently. Saw where DHI got hit pretty good last week. Go to gurufocus.com....can see alot of the best's trades. great site. glta.
There was mention in WSJ today about home building activity being the lowest it has been since 1991. Time might be good for a bounce but my guess is that there is more supply overhead has to be worked off before a full-fledged recovery takes hold.
