  1. Its what we all wanted as kids and now its here. JETPACKS!

Costs about $90k, has a top speed of about 60 miles per hour and a range of just over 30 miles. Best part is that it runs on regular gasonline. You can pick one up at

Check out how stable it is

That is badass. Price sounds reasonable too. I think I'll go pick one up.

30 mile range...at least I could take it for trips to the grocery store

  3. The average American wouldn't be able to lift his fat ass off the ground with one of those.

  4. would buy it in a heartbeat if I had 90 laying around.

  5. it can only rise two metres off the ground, so a lot of work to be done on it yet!

  6. You have to weigh at least 140 and not more than 240.

  7. I think it goes alot higher than that. The fact that there is an emergency parachute that deploys if the engine stops, suggests that this jet pack will fly way over 300 feet minimum(I think thats the minimum height needed for a parchute to actually work) and its likely that the jetpack flys as high as a few miles up.

Hover in ground effect 8000 ft (estimated)
Hover above ground effect 8000 ft (estimated)

  9. I believe this jet powered porta-potty could do the job for less.
