"Promise Language" is currently under review by the W3C organization as a public specification to describe all financial transactions. FYI, my recommendation to the next Chairman of the Fed is to add up all the existing dollars in circulation, freeze them, then tie the value to processed goods exports. Examples: Bread, not wheat.
