You have an advantage in that you're going from one computer to another. After you have an OS and Outlook installed on the new box, locate the pst files on both boxes. Locate and write down the filepath of the pst on the new box. Delete the empty pst file on the new box. Copy the pst file from the old box (but don't delete it) and paste it to the filepath on new box. I suggest doing this without being connected to the internet. This allows you to get into advanced settings such as "leave a copy on the server" and the like without stupid software doing things you won't enjoy.
