Okay... 11,900 pips settled since the opening post (8 months ago)...in the 10K demo account 6,500 pips settled year to date in the 100K demo account 1,758 settled pips ytd in the live 1K micro account This is my second year producing these numbers in the demo accounts and first year in the live account. I have due diligence by trading for an entire year in paper before ever putting any money behind the trade model. I was able to produce better than 100% annual return with this model. Now I am doing it in a REAL 1K micro account. This is the perfect vehicle for a starting point imho. Next move is to scale to the 10K account (approx. 1 year from now) and in six years I scale to a 100K standard account and will be a full blown pro at this shit! Is there a better, quicker, easier way to becoming a professional trader?...I could not tell you, this is just how I am doing it. thanks for the comment
Things are different once real money is involved, so I was just make sure losing your account is acceptable before doing it with real money. Also, just because something worked, doesn't mean it will work.
Will like to see your results when you are using real monies and emotions are involved. Already tried to warn you because you are trading against the trend when you ride losses down and hope it reverses. Nothing like real life experience will convince you! Trends in the forex markets also, lasts longer so, count me in the skeptical side.
Fair enough my friend! Let's just say trading without a Stop Loss would be suicide for "most" people then.
smallfil...post #111 clearly states that I am trading this strategy in a REAL $1,000 micro leveraged account and have been for just under a year now, with a settled pip count of 1,758. https://www.myfxbook.com/members/DroneTrading/linked-capital-management/2224910 Please read a bit better before posting your remarks...thank you
I want you guys to ponder something. If everybody traded like the OP how would you read the charts? ES
You would need to live outside the USA to open up an account with the leverage needed to sustain this trading strategy. ES
