I want to share my experience with Top One Futures as a warning to anyone trading with them or thinking of joining. I traded with them for three months and initially things went well—they paid out quickly and everything seemed fine. Encouraged by this, I purchased multiple (five) S2F instant SIM-funded accounts. When I raised my third payout request on my initial account, while actively trading on the other 5 S2F accounts, they suddenly deactivated all my trading accounts. Their reason: I was now eligible for a Live account, so they closed all my SIM accounts. While this is stated in their rules, they never warned me or gave any alert before deactivating the accounts. I could have waited and secured at least one payout on my S2F accounts if they had notified me. It took over a month and multiple follow-ups for them to activate my Live account. Even then, the maximum balance allowed was 15k, but I only received 9k as balance plus 1800 as DLL. They refused to consider profits from my multiple S2F accounts and said only one account’s profits count. This inconsistency feels like a red flag. After qualifying for the Live account, I bought 9 more S2F accounts under my wife’s name and traded them too. But when I raised a payout from my Live account, they rejected it and closed all the 9 S2F accounts and my Live account immediately—without giving me a second chance. In total, I earned around 105k from all my S2F and Live accounts combined, and all of it vanished the moment I requested the payout. I accept that my actions violated their policy, but they never warned me upfront when they started monitoring my trades. This could have prevented a lot of frustration. I even asked them to at least approve my payout and restore my Live account, but they were firm and rejected my request. Their rigid and sudden action without prior warning or opportunity for clarification does feel harsh and unfair. Mistakes happen in trading, especially when dealing with complex account rules, and a reasonable second chance or even a dialogue to resolve the issue would have been appropriate. Despite all this, I still get promotional offers from them. It’s clear they want you to buy their programs, but if you succeed, they look for reasons to kick you out. My advice to traders: be very cautious and think twice before joining Top One Futures.
I don't know their rules so I can't comment on what they did to move you to a live funded account, but this: Would get you banned at any firm. This is a clear violation and you shouldn't be surprised you got banned, of course they are not going to give you a second chance, approve your payout or restore your live funded account if you violate the policy you agreed to.
