What the hell are you babbling about? I can understand if you don't want to use stops but 100k usually exceeds the contracts notational value. Once you do that your leverage is 1 or less, and in the realm of buy n hold risk. The contract could go to zero and you still wouldn't get a margin call so there's no need for stops at all anyway. Can it be done? Sure but it's Not exactly the best use of capital though. You won't be earning all that much interest on your excess margin.

yes, fixed stops are for weak hands and those who don't understand the oscillating nature of the market. fixed stops kill.

Wow! We have finally found the best traders in the world. They ave discovered something new and revolutionary in the world of trading. They have revealed a very advanced form of trading which could never have been imagined by a novice or low producing trader. It's trading with-out stops and adding to losing trades until eventually they become winners even if your trading capital becomes trapped for extended unproductive periods of time.
