There's plenty of research available, but I'm not as earnest as axeman, so I'm not going to do a presentation. If you like what you're taking, that's fine. If not, you can do a search on chitosan :p

Too bad Splenda's not made by a small company. It would make a nice investment.

  6. I wish they would make it available in liquid form, the inert ingredients contain about a gram of carbs per packet.

anybody have any comments re http://www.lef.org ? a local trader recommended their supplements to me... how do they stack up in that consumer reports site, LS?

also, anyone ever try hiring a personal fitness trainer? maybe if I know someone will come over a few times a week, it'll help improve the actual workout quality I have... any tips for working with a fitness trainer?

    thx,

    ken

  9. Ken, i have ordered all my supps from lef.org for 15 yrs. i have been tempted in past to order elsewhere because of cheaper prices but i never do, they're quality control is the best. you get what you pay for and i want the purity when taking "mega" doses over long periods. lef.org is the real deal -pharmaceutical grade. life extension is their purpose, i recommend them.
