Gordon knows all....Lets have quick recap on the life of Gordon as you have conveyed on this board in your posts: 1) You hold the High School record for the mile, but not just any record, it s a record that stood for 20 years....BUT GORDON now owns it!!! 2) You also graduated with a 4.0 GPA...that's right ,not 3.0 or 3.5...but a perfect 4.0!!!!! Taking the fact that you are a world class athlete and a perfect scholar, you decide to forgo HARVARD or YALE, where all the other academic and sports all americans go, and instead you..... 3) Open an account at IB where you manage to lose all your money and are down to less the 2k.... but that is not all.....in a dramatic comeback, 4) you have become an awesome trader who is also running 8 miles a day,and admittedly has said " i am probably in the best shape of anyone on this board", and has scientifically proved that your diet is the only one that works because you said so!! 5) i'm not in good shape--i'm in OUTSTANDING shape. i've been in GOOD shape my whole life. to get in great shape takes work just like going from 30% body fat to 15% body fat. what i do probably requires more work. not only did i add like 30-35lb of muscle, but i went from like 12% body fat to around 5%. this took a lot more work than just losing 10 lb like the average guy wants to do. also, when you gain muscle, and then want to lose fat, it's harder because you want to KEEP as much muscle as possible. also, i did all this as fast as possible. ALLl HAIL GORDON....... Whisky for his men, and beer for his horses!!!
I don't like the boil thing....all you want to do is put a little bbq flavor on it plus make it a little crisp on the outside...BTW i think all women are like thatLOL...the crokc pot on low will cook it all the way through
i haven't eaten 1 piece of meat in about 8 years! i use 3 types of protein powders: whey, soy, and vegetable. the stuff i use is by naturade. it has no artificial sweeteners or any type of mysterious substances. it tastes like BLAHHH, but i don't drink it for taste, anyway.
Isn't ranch made from mayo and buttermilk? Mayo has no carbs and buttermilk has only 1g per oz. So if your ranch has a lot of carbs, it's probably from added sugar. As for the ribs, you have to sear them first. Otherwise the moisture from the boiling or braising would only steam the meat on the grill, and all you'd get is gray meat. For surefire ribs, sear them on the grill first, which takes only ten minutes, if that. Then bank the coals, wrap the ribs in foil, and put them back on the grill off the coals for 2.5hrs. If you want sauce, unwrap the ribs and put them back on the coals for 10 or 15m, basting them with the sauce. If you use a tomato-based sauce, tho, watch for burning.
this is exactly the type of nonsense that many people get caught up in. what salad dressing you use is going to make a very minimal difference overall. you can eat whatever you want, but just account for it. there is no need to drink diet soda or anything. if you need 2000 calories today and you eat a 200 calorie salad, just subtract 200 calories...now you have 1800 calories left of food to eat today. but don't forget, your protein requirements are mandatory.
If you want to be fair, allow people a forum to discuss what they want to discuss, without continually bagering them. Yours is certainly not the only post I've deleted recently. Go start a thread entitled "debunking atkins/low carb". But I'm tired of this. Yo, GG... gimme a break. I don't need you debunking it either. I'm trying to eliminate processed sugars. I didn't ask for your permission to try this, and I don't need it. I just want a forum where I can discuss it. Is that really to much to ask? André
yes, it's great isn't it. i'm not a loser, sorry. actually, no. i never finished college. i've said this already. however, i did get 4.0 when i went. not even close. i'm a cool guy, what can i say... i'm the real deal.
