  1. if someone fails on 40 different diets over 20 years and ends up getting a stomach operation, THEY ARE A TOTAL LOSER.

ENERGY BALANCE IS ENERGY BALANCE. IT'S NOT SOME UNSOLVABLE MYSTERY WHY SOMEONE IS FAT AND STAYS FAT.

i would bet anything THE PERSON did NOT do the dieting correctly. they probably cheated the diet and have a discipline problem.

LIPOSUCTION AND STOMACH OPERATIONS ARE FOR THE WEAK AND LAZY.

    Clarence Bass
His greatest fame, however, probably comes from his ability to maintain his body fat at a very low level. Body composition tests at Lovelace Medical Center and UNM Human Performance Laboratory have on numerous occasions measured his body fat at 3% or lower, when the average man his age has a body fat level about 25% and world-class male marathon runners usually carry 5 or 6 percent fat.

I will let someone else post here as to the facts that I posted. I really do not have time to debate this with you longshot.

  9. GG,

Venuto is selling a $69 manual.

Can you summarize his priniciples for us?

Any earth shattering secrets here, or just healthy eating,
very careful calorie counting and body building?

    peace
