Do you use a laptop for trading? TWS (mosaic) runs fine on a 13 inch laptop. You should get a MIFI dongle (provides a wifi hub for multiple devices) and buy a sim for each visited country from the best international cell phone company. I do not think cell networks or hotel internet will have fast enough response (not transfer speed) for scalping.
