    Trading takes more skill in comparison to investing. Trading is normally done in much smaller time spans in contrast to investing. Though I believe that investing is a safer approach to the market in comparison to trading, however, for the most part, your profits and losses are more or less the result of your own decisions and are less influenced by external factors and you have more control overall.
