This exact question is covered in most of our basic classes. Investors look to get "REturn on Investment" - say 10-20% per year or something. Traders look to simply make a good living from trading. For example, if one of our traders puts up $20K and makes $200,000 per year trading (as many do)....is he really getting a 200% ROI? Of course not...he is being rewarded for his knowledge, skill, labor hours, etc. (And the fact that he may be using a $million or more of our money to trade with)...in this case, his $$ is just a tool.
