There are a lot of snags that come with your 401k and with it's withdrawal as a matter of fact, some people even believe that they aren't worth it. I think it's a good idea, but needs a little bit of work. Anyway, I'm not too knowledgeable about it, but I know of a site that does offer assistance on this subject. http://www.401k-advice.org
