Does anyone have experience trading US treasury using etrade/tdameritrade ?

How liquid is it and what are the effective commission? I ask specifically about commission as when I tried trading futures, not only was I paying their minimum $7.99 but additional fees.

I don't know anything about E-Trade but I think TD is around $2.25 plus NFA and exchange clearing. Our commissions start at $0.60/side on Real Tick plus the same pass through and the cost of Real tick.

Depending in your vol. we can go as low as .25 per side on commissions and provide free platforms for execution.
Are there specific needs you have as far as charting? I can recommend a number of platforms if you are flexible.
