NYMEX electronic trading on Globex starts at 6:00 PM EST on Sundays and trades until 5:15 PM on Monday night....the market closes for 45 minutes before opening back up at 6:00 PM for Tuesday's trade date. The pits opens at 10:00 AM on Monday morning and trades until 2:30 PM. Beginning Thursday 2/1/07 the pit hours will begin at 9:00 AM with no change to the end of pit trading. Electronic trading terminates at 5:15 PM on Fridays for the weekend.
