    focusing on trading these stock options right now:

    SPY
    GLD
    USO
    XLF
    BAC

    these are so key options...why?
    SPY = market as whole
    GLD = Gold
    USO = Oil
    XLF and BAC and C have HUGE volume and speak to financial situations in economy etc...cooments?
