  2. Haha, good post.

I measure trend by the median pivots relationship to OHLC, not the charts' price action, per se.

See, the enclosed chart will show you, the trend for the NQ has changed, and if it respresents a barometer for the ES like I think it does, the Bears are about to get theirs.

    Best,

  3. That was fun, I'll check back in for the afternoon session, but for now I've got some wash to do. Hope you at least saw it and thought about it.

    Regards,

The trend has changed, the Bulls are going to play catch-the-bottom until all the major players have repositioned their portfolios accordingly ... then it's going to be watch out below!.

This market appears to be unstoppable.

I'll be looking for an early drop with more room to go to the upside. Lots of support at S1.

Follow the bouncing ball, the upward trend has resumed.

Well, Friday's trade came through for at least 2 pts, and with today's overnight gap-up we can try for an early buy, but the better opportunity probably lies in catching the retrace during the afternoon session.

I'll take the Buy either way, so long as it sets-up.

    See you at the Open.

  8. The market actually gave us a perfect setup on this one, dropping down to S1 (the retracement that I was looking for) and then launching like a catalput ... it doesn't happen very often, but when it does, just take the trade.

Hope you're looking for the setups and watching for constantly recurring patterns that the market gives us.

    Regards,

Now, my trend-o-meter is turning bearish for the ES. Is the big sell-off coming tomorrow? ... not by my calculations, but we should start seeing some selling action, with the indicies ending below the Open, instead of at or above it.

Do I see it happening in the morning session? While it could, it's not likely, my bet would be to get a good selloff for the afternoon (but just like yesterday's buy, I'm going to take the signal when I get it, and so should you).

This thing just doesn't seem to want to fall! :)

Anticipating an early drop to be met by Buyers at/around S1, most likely moving up to R1, where the Sellers should hold them back (but who knows with this thing!).

I'll be looking for the Buy.

    Regards,
