  1. Does this stock stink? It's a big IFF
    Reporting lower earnings today, but which met expectations.

    IFF International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is a creator and manufacturer of flavor and fragrance products used by other manufacturers to impart or improve flavor or fragrance in various consumer products. Fragrance products are sold principally to manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics, toiletries, hair care products, deodorants, soaps, detergents and air care products, and flavor products are sold principally to manufacturers of prepared foods, beverages, dairy foods, pharmaceuticals and confectionery products. The Company has 35 manufacturing facilities, with the major manufacturing facilities being located in the United States, The Netherlands, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, China, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, India and Australia. The remaining manufacturing facilities are located in eight other countries.

  9. Reporting earnings today: OLGC before market, QLGC after market.

    OLGC Orthologic makes bone regeneration stuff.
    QLGC QLogic makes software.

    MXIM reports today at a mystery time, undisclosed.

    FDP Del Monte reported higher profits.

    ATAC, Aftermarket Technology, which deals in automotive drivetrains, fittingly enough reports earnings today aftermarket.
