I must be completely honest and make a statement. When i get the urge to get into the ET forums every once in awhile and troll through some threads ....................i usually come away with a total and complete understanding why there are and always will be a certain amount of traders out there that insist on supporting my and others lifestyles. if anyone ever had doubts about WHY 90% od newbies only survive until the nestegg dries need go no further than these threads. ............. Even a bimbo would guess the person showing such charts is on a moonbeam. I feel good about opening trades after looking at stuff like these charts. thks
Batterup, Its rare for me to take valuable time to post on forums, normally I reply in an effort to help or when looking for a specific answer, but your reply has me taking the time to reply to the totally asinine. Your naive assumptions speak volumes as to your limited and short-sighted views concerning the markets and what moves them. If you canât respond with something constructive, donât.
Batterup, two of the fantastic things about TA is the variety of techniques that work and that one mans pleasure can be anothers poision. I think calling an up move in advance based on the proven repitition of the lunar cycle is worthy of analysis, but I know it's not for most let alone all. However, it's great that you are an accomplished trader so could I ask you to post a chart of how you set up a trade in the Interesting Charts thread. That way you could show that you are here to give something to other traders, and indeed that you have something to give. money where mouth is?
Go ask your religious authority - priest, bishop, bible, Rabbi, wicca leader, school teacher, etc... I would tell you but it might anger alot of people on this forum, since everybody has their own idea about the world. So I won't.
Bit of a no brainer really if you followed the method from the start of this thread. With a decent pullback the market was oversold and at trendline support the market was due to make or break. For those who include an awareness of how the lunar cycle affects the market it was obvious to expect a good move to the upside. I love it when the market pulls back before the full moon - it's like drawing the string on a bow.
Thought I'd bring this old thread out of the closet again. Nice tails, nice support and a nice full moon
