For some reason I find it, not impossible but difficult to follow " You have pinpointed your problem but you do not want to change it....Its all psychological....I think the biggest problem is not cutting the losers quick enough....not what stocks to pick etc... However i think your idea is good.I couldnt do it during market hours as I like to block out all extraneous 'noise' and just zone in on my screen and concentrate like a mofo.But after hours could be good.You would need some real successful mentor types to pass on sage advice.
