Hello, We are trading futures as a CTA. We also plan to begin teaching classes on how to trade. Outside of given advice, does anyone know of any regulations in regards to the classroom setting? Also, is there any reason we should not operate the classes under the same LLC as the CTA? Should it be it's own entity for accounting or protection purposes? Thanks, Chris
