My stress levels after starting this trading business, combined with my already-dropping natural testosterone levels, have in about 3 years reduced my libido to an almost negative number. OP, there is DHT replacement therapy you could try. Women have had something similar for many years, for the post-menopausal stages of their lives, when their testosterone and progesterone/estrogen levels dip really really low. A good DHT regimen I imagine could get your testosterone/estrogen levels back to normal. (Yes, men and women share the some of the same sex hormones. One small detail was not told: Sildenafil is 80 times more powerful, so the effectiveness of HGW is questionable. It reaches 1.25% of Viagra or Cialis. A real ED problem "down there" cannot be solved by HGW.
I agree, anything that's over the counter...can't be That good or effective I tried Horny Goat Weed in the past...it had rather average performance; while Viagra kind of woked me up...even without much arousal.
