Im planning on using Ninjatrader with Esignal and Interactive Brokers for trading stocks (short/long), does anybody know if its possible to trade multiple positions simultaneously? Would I need a scanner? Or have to build a scanner? Thanks alot for your responses!
As long as you have the monies in the account you can trade many tickers simultaneously but you cannot be long and short at the same time for the same ticker. I have trades up to 25 different US stocks with IB at the same time and several ETFs, no problem.
So its possible to program NinjaTrader to automatically scan stocks based on my parameters/strategy and automatically trade more than one simultaneously?
