Trading room build out

  1. Better yet place (ie, see "fit")an exercise bike under your desk, and pedal all the while sitting.

    Sitting is so harmful to health, light constant exercise to the muscle of lower extremity will mitigate any damage, keep the blood flowing. Get fitter in the process.
