The problem I see is that if you show decent numbers and you are profitable, the community falls on you. now the excuse to fall on me is that I don't show my account statement which I can upload at any time. Now, if I upload an account statement, what are they going to do? will they finance me with a million dollars? they are only interested in attacking, and I really have nothing to lose because I love the debate. I can deal with it.
That's cool. now try to get that same performance with a million dollar account. I have a small trading account of 1500k to which I made a 63% return in November 2021 with aggressive scalping. but those numbers are not sustainable in the long run and in large accounts, not to mention. I would not trade aggressive risk on an account over 100k
I think what it basically boils down to is... A) You stated you are not looking to sell anything. B) You will not show a broker statement, because you have nothing to prove to anybody, and are not looking for kudos from anyone. You are an anonymous poster with an anonymous system on an anonymous forum, and have posted a bar graph which shows a net profitable year. So the question is, what is the point of the OP then?
Hello! second your comment and quote you by making the questions a little clearer and more direct. I understood the context of your comment and I am very clear about your point in this debate. thanks for understanding. I know you understood what I meant.
The problem is just numbers are worthless, everyone can post some nice profits now and then, but that is absolutely worthless. My opinion is, either you show everything or either nothing, otherwise you are just doing it for bragging, which is quite sad on an anonymous forum and it most likely is either fake or just a small part of what actually happened.
Point? just share my results with the community. I only share my results speaking of returns in %. If I wanted to sell something, I would talk about my capital and my business strategy. I'm not interested in selling a course or anything. in fact my systems are made up of algorithms, so I don't do discretionary trading. maybe I could admit that I am interested in managing capital in the future but not in the short term. My track record is only 5 years old and I understand that I need a little more time.
