September 23 =========== One of my systems generated signals today. But i did not take the signals out of weak beliefs about this particular system. I did not focus on the process of trading Instead i was fearful and results oriented.
September 24 2014 ================ Today was better, took every signal. And i didn't get the emotional urge to override the system or turn it off. However i was not negative (p&l wise) for very long so discipline was not hard to maintain. Things will be a lot harder when trades start going against me and stay that way. I must remember to focus on the process of trading and not the P&L when that happens.
