Congratulations for being an active participant in evil. Maybe next time, don't do this sh*t and the world will be a better place for it.

The thought of a trading algorithm being patented is completely idiotic. But that doesn't mean it won't happen because we have immoral assh*les running the asylum.

  3. I guess you don't have any intellectual property worth protecting...

To even think that you can patent a trading algorithm takes a one-of-a-kind assh*le thinking outside the box. Congrats.

  5. And it takes one to know one. Why the name calling when someone is protecting their hard work. IMHO you just want profitable algo's for free. You're the exact type i would want protection from. You'd look good in orange.

  7. It's the internet and some just resort to name calling. THey dish it out but can't handle the return.

You are hoping for a patent to cover "intellectual" property?

From your posts thus far, I would say it is very unlikely you will get over the first hurdle.

The first step in your journey would be to speak with a patent attorney, who knows what it is all about. They can lead you on the path to where you need to go, if you are serious about your idea.

And that is the key...If you are serious about this "algo patent" idea, you would not be asking here. You'd be asking an attorney that knows this part of the law.

    Speak to an attorney.

Speak to an attorney. Do you get it?

  10. Please don't assume others are as stupid as you. FYI all patents protect IP, but that just slipped over your head like most things ...
