I agree you can't do everything yourself. Say you teach an assistant everything you know. What's going to keep him from not leaving to work for himself.

I'm looking ahead and there's no way I can keep track of futures/commodities/currencies/options/stocks etc all at the same time. One solution is to automate strategies. But that also is time consuming.

I'm hoping to form some type of group in the future but its going to be tough finding the right people. If you can, then I think its great.

  2. Team work is the best way to make consistent profits! I've trained many folks in the past and the results were mind boggling. Actually, I must fess-up that my trainees do the work, send to me potential trades, while I approve of their picks. We all trade the picks and make money. However, many of them grew wings and decided to start subscription services. Since I've been on my own, the work involved in finding trading opportunities is tiresome, hence I trade when it is convinient.

Finding the right people is another issue as noted by Ozzy. Whatever you do, team work pays and should be encouraged!
