Trading OPM - contracts

Anyone have any sample contracts they've used in OPM arrangements?

Any links would be helpful, post here or PM.

Don't need a debate about managing OPM.... we've had that here before! (LOL!)

I've found a few, they're all centered around futures though. Looking more for general portfolio management...

 

Can you not just open a managed account with your broker? I'm sure any good broker provides this service and will give you the right agreements to start this business.
