Best to stay out of futures as well on low vol days. Pre holiday, pre fed, etc. Vol is low for a reason. Players either not there or waiting on something. No reason for a little guy like me to play that game.

 

or..learn to play the mentality of low vol days

or just stay out altogether like you said
